About

Aaron is uniquely qualified as both a physiotherapist, and strength and conditioning coach. His experience allows him to integrate best practice physiotherapy with strength and conditioning principles to optimise injury prevention and management.  He implements a progressive system to coach athletes from injury protection to return to performance.

His philosophy is based around focusing on the person, not the injury. He utilises manual therapy, dry needling and exercise to return people to full function. Aaron views injury as an opportunity to become better.  He has extensive knowledge and skills to structure an individualised path for athletes towards improved movement proficiency.

Aaron has experience as a physiotherapist managing various acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. He is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities get better and achieve their goals.

He worked as a strength and conditioning coach for 3 years at the Brisbane Lions Football Club. During this time he was responsible for the athletic development of academy players between the ages of 12 and 18 years. Multiple players that Aaron has coached have since gone on to secure senior list contracts with various elite AFL clubs and make their debuts.

Growing up in Brisbane, Aaron has been exposed to the city’s vibrant precincts, outdoor lifestyle and friendly locals.  He is passionate about understanding each athlete’s unique story, and taking chances in environments that offer an opportunity to learn and grow.  He uses his own experiences and skills to help people achieve things that they never thought possible.
