Aysha Ozden

Aysha joined the PEAK Tribe as an All Star at the beginning of January 2023. She spent her childhood primarily moving from the suburbs at North Lakes, to the outback countryside in south of Beaudesert. Being raised on a horse farm throughout middle-school, Aysha’s sporting commitments kicked off with competitive running and cross-country. From a young age, Aysha’s determination and grit has found her to thrive in sport, which fuelled her career aspirations within the health and fitness industry after graduating high school. Outside of PEAK, Aysha aids in athlete performance as a fitness trainer, competes in Crossfit and is a podcast presenter. Aysha’s passion for one’s physical and mental wellbeing found herself drawn to the PEAK tribe, as her morals align with the importance of dreaming big and to help create experiences not felt possible. Being able to support one’s journey in training and injury prevention, is where Aysha envisions a future career in physiotherapy.
