Throughout his whole career, Greg has always enjoyed helping people move from pain to performance. In conjunction with his university qualifications, Greg is also a qualified Level 1 Coach with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association and with the Australian Athletics Association.
Greg has a strong passion for sprinting and the complex biomechanics that come with the sport. He has first hand understanding of the training demands and competition needs. Having worked closely in speed development/performance with a variety of elite individuals, Greg is a strong believer that everyone has the ability to move and perform at a faster and higher level if given the right tools.
Growing up on the Sunshine Coast, Greg has had a love for sport from a young age and has competed at a national level for track and field (100m) and travelled internationally to compete in Ironman distance triathlon events. His love for sport and human performance fostered his passion for physiotherapy and helping others in pain, prevention and performance.
His approach ensures that every assessment, treatment and rehabilitation plan is tailored to the individual.
Greg utilises his own experiences in sport along with his clinical skills to identify the underlying cause of an individual’s symptoms and provide them with the tools to eliminate their pain and achieve things they never thought possible.
