Luckily, at PEAK, our coaches are dual-trained in Physiotherapy and Strength & Conditioning, so you don’t have to worry about any of it. You focus on your next goal – we’ll handle the how. Most people know they should be exercising, but it’s not always easy to know what’s right for your body, your goals, and your injuries. Generic programs often miss the mark, and exercising without guidance can sometimes do more harm than good.

How We Assess
Before building your program, we complete a detailed physical assessment so we understand exactly where you are starting from. Our testing covers:
Mobility
Assessing joint range of motion to identify any restrictions.
Strength
Testing key muscle groups with our VALD force dynamometers to find imbalances or weaknesses.
Power
Measuring your ability to produce force quickly, an important factor in performance and injury prevention.
Speed & Endurance
Developing aerobic capacity alongside of maximal sprint capacity.

Using tools such as force plates to provide objective data on movement, load, and performance.
