Enhanced Primary Care Plans (EPC) enable the GP to enhance the care of patients with a chronic or terminal medical condition by providing a team-based approach through the use of Allied Health providers. At PEAK the following services are eligible to be claimed through an EPC:

Hawthorne offers private treatment rooms and a spacious exercise area incorporating the latest equipment and technology, unrestricted single level access and off-street parking. We also provide HICAPS for real-time private health claiming.
