If you are new to PEAK you will be asked to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out some paperwork to help your practitioner understand more about your medical history and your reasons for wanting treatment. During the appointment there will be a brief conversation at the start with your practitioner to identify what you would like worked through and then the treatment will take up the rest of the appointment.

We recommend that you wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Where required, you will be instructed to remove or adjust items of clothing to allow for appropriate treatment to be performed.

Yes, we will drape the areas of the body that aren’t being treated, and can accommodate extra draping if required. All rooms are fully enclosed and private.

We offer a variety of appointment options including 30, 60, and 90 minutes.

In the event of a cancellation occurring within 24 hours notice of your appointment time a cancellation fee will be applied and donated to our chosen charity.

Yes our Massage Therapists are fully qualified with a Diploma in Remedial Massage.
