Vestibular & Dizziness Physiotherapy at PEAK.
What is Vestibular Physio?
Vestibular physiotherapy is a specialised area of care that focuses on how the inner ear and balance systems work together. At PEAK, we use detailed assessments to understand how your inner ear is functioning in relation to your balance, eye movement, and response to sensory input.
Using tools like Frenzel goggles from Vesticam, we can pinpoint issues linked to dizziness, blurry vision, or trouble staying upright—especially when moving your head or rolling over in bed. Our goal is to restore your confidence and function so you can move through daily life without fear of falling or feeling unsteady.
What can a vestibular physiotherapists treat?
Vestibular physios at PEAK help patients manage a wide range of conditions that affect balance, coordination, and overall stability. You might notice challenges like disorientation when turning your head, difficulty walking on uneven ground, or trouble focusing your eyes while moving. Some people describe feeling like they’re spinning, swaying, or just generally off-balance.
Our approach focuses on retraining your balance system using targeted exercises and movement-based strategies, so you can get back to your daily life feeling confident and steady.
