Conquering the Rottnest Island Swim
Greg does not shy away from a physical challenge; on the horizon is the Rottnest Island Swim in February of 2025. As a physiotherapist himself, Greg understands the importance of pushing himself physically as well as mentally. This challenge was specifically chosen to charge through fear and physical boundaries and demonstrates a willingness to endure discomfort in the interest of growth. Fear often holds us back, but by facing it, we expand our limits and uncover strength we didn’t know we had. Greg believes that it is not about avoiding pain but recognizing it as a sign of growth.
Mental Toughness in the Gold Coast Half Marathon
Jacob has also completed a personal challenge of running the 2024 Gold Coast Half Marathon. Jacob shows a sense of mental toughness and consistently demonstrates focus, resilience, and determination. Attending each session with a positive mindset and an inspiring mindset of consistent effort and a commitment to growth. Jacob has shown that mental toughness isn’t just about enduring hardship but about using it as a stepping stone for success.

Building Discipline and Growth
This duo has been currently focusing on some full-body strengthening for their upcoming year and to also work up a feel-good sweat. They are committed to choosing the pain of discipline over the pain of dysfunction and, as such, they are receiving the benefits that strength training has in helping them to achieve their goals.
