Read moreBy focusing on maintaining ankle movement and building leg strength, Paul has been able to steadily increase his running distance. Going from running just 400 meters before walking to completing 6 kilometres is a significant achievement and reflects his dedication to improving his fitness and overcoming his previous limitations.
Continuing with regular prevention sessions and staying consistent with his training regimen will likely further enhance Paul’s running ability and overall health. It’s inspiring to see individuals like Paul making such positive strides toward their fitness goals despite facing challenges along the way.

You too can reap the benefits of regular strength training to improve your health. Be like Paul and commit to a prevention mindset and see the improvement in your strength, pain and capabilities!
