At Home Strength Programming

At PEAK Sports and Spine Centre, we believe that strength and conditioning is essential for taking our athletes out of pain, preventing future injuries, and developing high performing athletes. So we are excited to make strength & conditioning programming available to all of our athletes, at one of our PEAK arenas, or in the comfort of your own home.

What is Strength & Conditioning?

Strength & Conditioning involves detailed goal setting with our PEAK athletes, followed by a comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional movement assessment. It draws upon an abundance of Sport and Exercise Science research in to optimal training methods. PEAK’s experienced coaches can then deliver a structured exercise program that is highly specific and designed to maximise the performance benefits for the individual. This allows PEAK athletes to dream big, and work towards achieving experiences they had never felt possible.

** NEW ADDITION – Online Home Programming **

For athletes who are unable to attend one of our PEAK arenas in person, or unable to attend a training venue, we are excited to offer our Strength & Conditioning Programming service remotely via video-based telehealth for any, or all of your appointments.

Don’t own any exercise equipment? No problem! Our experienced coaches can develop a personalised program for you, specifically for your big goals, even if your arms and legs are all we have to work with.

You should check with your health fund, but in most cases the answer is yes. This is due to our programs being custom designed by qualified Physiotherapists/Chiropractors.

On top of your normal training gear (towel, water bottle etc.), if you are connecting remotely, you will need a device (tablet, phone, laptop etc.) that allows the coach to see you performing the exercise., a decent internet connection, and adequate space to perform exercises (roughly at least two large beach towels worth of room).
