
We have been very humbled in recent years with the support of our community,
having received the ‘Largest Team Award’ in both 2021 and 2022 for the Gold
Coast Marathon Event – recruiting a team of over 200 runners each year!

Located on the stunning Sunshine Coast, this event has been timed to make the most of the ideal Queensland winter running conditions. Blue skies, low humidity and mild temperatures combined with a flat course always enable fast times. This event includes the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km, 5km and 2km races, attracting thousands of runners each year.
Our belief is with the right mindset and support around you, you are capable of having experiences you never felt were possible. Our intention is to use this event to help inspire you to challenge yourself – set a goal and let us provide the support you need to achieve it.

Sessions run twice per week in Hawthorne Park and are coached by our Podiatry Coaches from PEAK Sports And Spine Centre
Our running sessions aim to improve your running ability by focusing on technique cues, speed and interval training. The PEAK Stride Club is perfect for people of all running abilities and goals. We are able to scale each session to suit your current fitness level.The group running environment is an amazing way to find motivation for training and work towards your running goals.

Our classes are unique combining strength, mobility, clinical-pilates, and aerobic based exercise into the one program.
By combining different forms of exercise into your program, we believe it gives you the best chance of improving your quality of life.Our classes are tailored to you as an individual. The classes are capped at a maximum of 4 people per class. We combine strength, mobility, clinical-pilates, and aerobic based exercises into the program. Each person performs a customised program based on their assessment and goals.
