Amy Goldstrom graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy in Canada and relocated to Brisbane in 2013 in search of a warmer climate where she could trading her skis in for a her surfboard and live an active lifestyle year round.
Having competed at an international level in freestyle skiing, injuries are all too familiar and this gives her an appreciation for injuries and use of rehabilitation to return to sport and activity.
Amy has a hands on approach to treatment by combining manual therapy along with functional exercise to restore normal muscle balance and injury prevention. By focusing on your goals and problems, she will tailor a specific plan for you.
Amy enjoys seeing the impact she can make in peoples life by helping them achieve their goals whether it is walking again, running a marathon or picking up your grandchildren and enabling people to live active, healthy lives.
